The entire ten piece collection was created with carefully sourced deadstock textiles from various industries that otherwise would have been thrown away.
Post production, the waste fabric from this collection were saved and turned into these zero waste 1/1 pants. The process of patchwork is to combine each little scrap until it became a big enough textile to cut the pattern out of. This look just happens to be inline with the brand's aesthetic. Even the smallest of scraps were used for belt loops and pockets. This is an example of closing the loop on waste. Although this process is more complicated on a large scale, we can still become more conscious of how we interact with our clothing.
JB GEAR is a brand is known for up-cycling, taking unwanted items and reviving them into one of a kind pieces.
